David A. Knopf, D.D.S.

Dr. Knopf was born and raised in Bellevue. After graduating from
Newport High School, he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Business
Administration from the University of Washington. In 1996, he and
his wife Kim moved to Milwaukee, Wisconsin where Dr. Knopf attended
dental school.
In 2001, he was awarded his Doctorate in Dental
Surgery from Marquette University School of Dentistry. Later that
year he returned to Bellevue and joined a group practice in Seattle. |
In
2003, Dr. Knopf opened Abella Dental, a new private practice
in downtown Bellevue. He is excited and proud to have the opportunity
to practice dentistry in his lifelong hometown.
Dr. Knopf and Kim have two children, a daughter, Madison, and a son,
James. His greatest pleasure comes from spending time with his
family, including his Chocolate Lab, Elmer. Dr. Knopf is also an
avid fisherman and enjoys week-end getaways to a quiet place where
he can float down a river with line in hand. |

John has been part of our team
since the beginning. John is responsible for the day-to-day
management of the practice as well as handling all patient issues
involving scheduling, financial planning, treatment coordination,
and insurance administration.
Prior to joining Abella Dental, John worked for several years
in other dental practices. |
He also brings to our team over 8
years of Customer Service & Management experience from two
large wireless telecommunication companies. Before
joining the high-tech industry, John worked for more than 8
years as a Pharmacy Technician.
A native of Seattle, John enjoys
aquatic sports and travel. The newest addition to his family is Remmy, his two-year old Bichon Frise
John holds a
Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in Psychology from Seattle University.
