Abella Rewards » View Rewards Chart Abella Dental is proud to introduce two new reward programs for our patients. The first is called “Referral Rewards” and allows you to earn points for referring others to our practice. The second is called “Commitment Rewards” and allows you to save up to 5% on the cost of your treatment. Referral Rewards We always appreciate every opportunity to meet and provide dental services to a patient that has been referred to our practice by an existing patient. We truly believe in thanking our patients for introducing us to their friends, family, co-workers, and other acquaintances. To show our appreciation, we offer “Referral Rewards”, including “Abella Points” toward dental services, MasterCard Gift Cards, and Restaurant Gift Cards. Every time you refer a patient to our office (and they mention your name!) you will earn “Abella Points”. The first five referrals earn you 15 points each; the next five referrals earn you 20 points each; the next five referrals earn you 25 points each and so on. The more people you refer to Abella Dental the more points you receive. “Abella Points” earned can be redeemed toward treatment, procedures, and products in our office. Each point equals “One Dollar” in savings. You choose when to redeem your points. “Abella Points” can be redeemed at anytime! Best of all, “Abella Points” never expire. And there’s more! At pre-determined intervals you will receive a MasterCard Gift Card or Restaurant Gift Card with our thanks. These gift cards range in value from $5 to $250! The new patient you refer earns points too! We will award them 10 points at their first appointment simply for being referred by you! We have included an “Abella Points” chart to show exactly how your points accumulate. Commitment Rewards This is an opportunity for you to save money on your dental treatment. For treatment plans over $500.00 we offer “Commitment Rewards.” If you pay your portion of the treatment cost at the time of scheduling your appointment we will thank you by deducting 5% from your balance. And if you can not pay your portion of the balance at the time you schedule the appointment, not a problem! By providing us your method of payment at the time of scheduling you can still save 2.5%. We will simply hold your payment until 7 days before your appointment, process your payment on that day, and thank you by deducting 2.5% from your balance. Of course, payment on the day of service is always acceptable. This is simply our way of thanking you for your “Commitment to Treatment” and honoring the appointment you have made.
